Cathy Brown is a 1996 graduate of Morehead State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.  She is a Licensed Real Property Appraiser as well as a KY Real Estate Sales Associate.  Cathy has completed or assisted in the completion of various types of real estate appraisal needs: residential, commercial, and industrial properties in addition to special cases of court work for environmentally impacted properties, property divisions, tax assessments, easements, condemnation, property adverse possession, etc...
