Cathy Brown is a 1996 graduate of Morehead State University with a Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration emphasis in Marketing. She is a Licensed Real
Property Appraiser, approved to complete FHA appraisal assignments.
She has worked or assisted with work on various types and sizes of residential,
commercial and institutional properties, vacant residential and commercial
development sites, proposed construction, and special cases of court work for environmentally impacted
properties, property divisions, tax assessments, easements, condemnation, property adverse possession, etc. |
Cathy has obtained nearly 600 hours of appraising and real estate education in addition
to her college education. Cathy is also a Kentucky Real Estate Sales
