Cindy K. Legg |
Cindy Legg is an FHA and VA approved certified general appraiser, with licenses in
both Kentucky and Virginia. She has been a full-time appraiser since 1992
and appraises primarily commercial and residential properties, with experience
in a variety of other special-purpose appraising situations including environmental
and litigation. She is also a real estate sales associate and part-time
appraisal instructor for both Redd, Brown & Williams educational services and
the Prestonsburg campus of the Big Sandy Community and Technical College. |
She has over 600 hours of appraising and real estate education, including such subjects
as environmental risk screening and impacted properties, eminent domain
and condemnation, court case studies, historical properties, annual updates of
VA appraising and KY appraisers board issues and instructor updates. Cindy is ready
