Eric Ratliff |
Eric Ratliff is a 1982 graduate of Paintsville High School and 1986 graduate of Morehead
State University. Eric has been employed by Redd, Brown and Williams
Real Estate Services for the last five years. Eric is experienced in
the development of single family and multifamily housing and has extensive experience
and knowledge of the mortgage loan industry including FHA, VA and RHS Guaranteed
Loans. Eric is a college adjunct professor and approved real estate instructor. Eric is an approved Rural Housing Services Certified Plan Reviewer, a HUD Certified Builder and an Authorized Builder of Modular Housing. |
