Katrina Woodard is a Certified General Appraiser and a RB&W Affiliate Broker in the Paintsville KY office. She is a 1994 graduate of Eastern KY University with a degree in secondary education with an emphasis in English. Katrina worked for several years as a middle and high school English teacher in Martin County prior to changing careers. Katrina has been a full-time Realtor and Appraiser with Redd, Brown & Williams since 1997. Katrina is an approved FHA appraiser and is experienced in all types of residential, commercial, industrial, and special use properties.
