Paul David Brown is not only the President of Redd, Brown & Williams Real Estate Services but also the Principal Broker, the supervising Certified General Appraiser, and an active Auctioneer. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a BBA in General Business in 1980 and has been employed by Redd, Brown & Williams Real Estate Services for over 30 years. His designations include Independent Fee Appraiser Senior, General Accredited Appraiser, Certified Environmental Risk Screener. In addition, he is also an Appraisal Foundation nationally certified Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Instructor and an approved real estate / appraisal education instructor. Paul David’s 30 plus years of experience in real estate, appraisal, and auction services guarantees his competency and dedication to all RBW clients.  Experienced as a Principal Broker,  a Certified General Appraiser, a Principal Auctioneer, and  an administrator of three  offices with a staff of more than thirty, Paul David is ready and willing to assist every RBW client with all their real estate service needs.
