Paul David Brown, CEO and co-owner of Redd, Brown & Williams graduated from Eastern
Kentucky University with a BBA in 1980. Paul David has been employed by
Redd, Brown & Williams since that time. He is a Certified General Appraiser,
Principal Broker, Auctioneer, and also has various professional designations including:
Independent Fee Appraiser Senior, General Accredited Appraiser, Certified
Environmental Risk Screener, CEVA, and is a National Certified Uniform Standards
of Professional Appraisal Practice instructor. He is an adjunct college
professor, is an approved appraisal and real estate instructor, and has over
eighteen years of instruction experience. Paul David has appraisal and real estate experience in various types of litigation, environmental properties, various types of commercial properties, plus being FHA/HUD, VA approved. He has an appraiser's license in KY, WV, VA, OH, & TN, plus has experience in several other states. |
