Facilities

The education facility is located at 201 Bridge Street in Paintsville, KY. Included in the 4000 square feet of floor space is a large classroom capable of seating 30 students, adequate rest room facilities, student lounge, and the school office. Audiovisual equipment and relevant teaching aides are utilized.
All pre-licensing Real Estate classes are currently being held in conjunction with the Big Sandy Community and Technical College at their Prestonsburg, KY campus. Real Estate continuing education as well as appraiser pre-licensing and continuing education are being offered at Redd, Brown & Williams' Paintsville location and various other locations.

Welcome!
We are proud to have been building careers in Real Estate for the past several years. We offer Real Estate pre-licensing, continuing education, and broker preparatory courses. We also offer appraisal pre-licensure and continuing education courses in addition to insurance continuing education. The Redd, Brown & Williams School of Real Estate is approved by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, the Kentucky Appraisers Board, and other regulatory groups and is licensed to operate by the Kentucky State Board for Proprietary Education.
